When temporary email is the right tool
Use a temporary inbox when you need a real MX-reachable address without exposing your permanent mailbox. Common cases: one-time app verification, newsletter sampling, developer and QA testing, gated downloads, and shopping checkouts that insist on email but will only send a receipt once. Freetempmail gives you a session-based address that receives HTML mail and attachments, refreshes about every five seconds, and can be discarded in one click. When not to use temporary email
Do not use a temporary address for banking, government portals, healthcare, password recovery on primary social accounts, or anything where losing the inbox later would lock you out. Do not try to force a temp domain past a site that blocks disposable mail — respect their abuse controls. Do not paste OTPs from a temp inbox into sites you do not trust. For long-term identity, use a real mailbox or a reputable alias service instead.
