Freetempmail is a small free temporary email service. There is no chat widget and no ticket portal—email is the only support channel. Write in English or Chinese. Include the page URL, browser, and steps to reproduce when reporting a bug so we can fix it faster.
For product privacy questions, start with the Privacy Policy. For acceptable use, see the Terms of Service. We do not provide phone support or social DMs for account recovery of discarded temporary addresses.
Security and sensitive reports
If you believe you found a security issue in the product or infrastructure, email contact@freetempmail.com with steps to reproduce, affected URLs, and impact. Do not include live session tokens or personal mail contents in the report. We treat security mail with priority and will acknowledge when we can act. For copyright notices, use the DMCA process instead of this inbox.
Freetempmail is a small team product. There is no phone queue, chatbot, or ticket portal — email is the single channel so every message is read by a human. Include enough context for us to help: the page you were on, what you expected, what happened, and your browser if it is a UI bug. For product ideas, tell us the job you were trying to finish (signup, QA, newsletter) so we can prioritize. Partnership and press inquiries are welcome at the same address. We do not sell your contact; we only use your email to reply.
